Want to be involved in Landcare & Sustainable Land Management?

Merri at Merri no tgsWednesday 5 October, 6.30-8pm

Upper Plenty Mechanics Institute (The Shack), Wallan-Whittlesea Road, Upper Plenty - see Google map.

Are you interested in Landcare and in being part of a new Landcare group in the upper Merri area? Mitchell Shire Council is working with the Merri Creek Management Committee to promote the establishment of a new Landcare group for the Upper Plenty, Wallan, Beveridge and Heathcote Junction areas.

Come along to this community meeting and information session and hear from the members of other local Landcare groups about their experiences and to discuss the idea of forming the Upper Plenty-Upper Merri Landcare Group with other locals. A light supper will be provided.
