MCMC’s Parkland Management Team Members are employed at band 3 level.  The salary range is $909.28 - $976.75/week and 25.98-$27.91 per hour (plus 9% superannuation), and includes paid public holidays, annual leave and sick leave entitlements.

We work a 35 hour week at MCMC, rather than the usual 38 hr week. This is worked over a 9 day, 70 hour fortnight.

All permanent Parkland Management Team members began through temporary employment at MCMC. Temporary positions have a strong potential for extension and a view to permanent full time employment.
